Like all great Australian start ups ProForce was founded on a retired Boomers farm in Queensland in 2005 not a garage in the California. Bruce and Blair Whitehead launched a business to solve, at the time, the biggest issue facing corporate Australia; namely finding and retaining top performing sales professionals. They began assessing University Graduates through a unique assessment model which they designed to see whether they had the aptitude to make exceptional sales professionals. Only 2% of these graduates passed this process and once placed into a company they began to train them in Master Class Sales Techniques built and delivered by John Bryan who had spent his formative years running sales at IBM before retiring. 

 

The rest as they say is history; 2400 clients across 8 vertical markets and 15 000 placed graduates.

 

20 years later the model has proven to be one of Australia's biggest success stories with the graduates being so successful that they have become the CEO's of today and take graduates into their own teams through ProForce; literally 'sending the elevator back down'. 

 

The ProForce Alumni is now established as the largest and most powerful business sales and leadership network in Australia and is still run by one of its founders.
