All sales professionals will be required to negotiate at some, if not all stages of the sales proves. This module considers the fundamentals skills and attributes of successful negotiators and how mastering these skills can make a positive impact on the bottom line.


A highly practical and engaging module, Creating Value and Negotiation Skills provides participants with a blueprint to effectively execute complex negotiations with a favourable outcome. This module explores strategic planning, the relationship between power and control, linguistic techniques, managing tension and more.

The Specifics

  • This is a 2 day course, beginning at 9:30am and finishing at 5:00pm on each day.
